My students are bright, curious, and very active. Most of them have come to me working below grade level, not because they are incapable, but because they have not been given the best opportunities. They live in a very impoverished neighborhood and are in an overcrowded school. They need a classroom that will meet their needs and give them the best opportunities to learn and grow. They need the way we teach to match the way they learn best. I am working hard to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment to help my students to achieve and succeed.
