One of the best ways for students to develop a lifelong love of reading is through listening to diverse stories being read to them. Helping my students and classroom with this technology would open up so many doors for them during literacy centers. I want to open up amazing worlds for them! As studies show, following along to stories being read-aloud greatly increases students' fluency rates, accuracy, and expression. This listening center will also allow them to try diverse books and stories they may not normally pick up and in the end develop a life long learner out of them!
