Night of the Notables is an multifaceted project. Students choose an eminent, positive world-changer. First students read about their life (biography). Then the students write about this Notables person and finally they become that person for a performance for their parents and our community. One important aspect of this project is that students reflect a ton on their own lives and they determine who they want to become and how they want to make a difference in our world. Each notable person that is studied has had to overcome challenges a persevere to do that with changes our world. We try build into our students a growth mindset and an overcomer attitude. This project is one of the many ways we try to instill in our students that we all have a part in making this world a great place to live.
