I chose the first little reader's library which would be great to introduce my students to reading books, the instant learning center which will encourage my students to learn rhyming words, sounds, and sight word recognition and the word family big books which have great stories to build language skills. Most of our students start school with a deficit in language. Every year I get students who can't identify letter "A" or number "1". My students are usually very behind compared to their average peers. Children from low-income families are not exposed to books. I am excited to have the opportunity to introduce them to books and fun literacy activities. The literacy library, the instant learning center, and word family books will help me to achieve my goal of building their vocabulary and language skill
