Students will have access to a variety of biographies, besides those offered at our school library, to complete a biography project in Language Arts. Students are asked to research and read about any person they desire. The end result is a presentation introducing their classmates to someone they might never have a chance to learn about. As a class, we throw a dinner party, where students act like the person researched and answer pre-determined questions as that person. It is a great project but I think it would be better with a wider range of biographies! Adding these books to my library will enrich student learning!
