My students are part of the traditional academy program at our school, and all of these kids have been together in the same classroom since Kindergarten. With that said, the management is quite unique and different for them. As their teacher, I need to have alternative seating options for them to stay on task and be more productive in our classroom. My students need choices in their learning for them to have the greatest success! Allowing us to provide them with yoga balls, floor cushions and bean bags will give them the alternative seating they crave. Students will be able to choose from the various seating choices and select a safe and quiet spot in our room to work on the task at hand.
