These robotics kits will show kids that technology is fun, and within reach for them as a subject. Our region is remote and our students are underexposed to technology. We are trying hard to expose all of our students, and especially our girls, to the possibilities for a career within STEM industries. We also have many students that thrive with hands-on collaborative learning, and attentional issues that have been soothed by the one robotics kit I have been able to afford so far. More robotics supplies will also be used to power personalized learning, where students can pick activities that they want to pursue.
