They will discover that P.E. and exercising can be fun. It will help them to be healthy and ready to learn. In some cultures, soccer is considered as boys activity, is not promoted among girls as much as is for boys. I have observed that girls find in soccer an ideal way to relieve their stress and anxiety since is covered during P.E. time they do not find opposition at home. Additionally, all students improve their attention span and burn a considerable amount of calories when the play any ball game. Part of the standards includes fine and gross motor skills. 6th graders are not really enthusiastic when it comes to P.E. therefore, it is very important to count with activities and equipment that make them love P.E. Paddles, bouncing and soccer balls are items they love to play with. They actually like to move when it comes to those materials. Mind and body are connected so closely and demand being care of, and this is my goal, to keep them healthy and support in many ways their learning.
