These two class sets of books will help my students to get grade level reading in an engaging and exciting way. My students love to read together and reading a great book together helps them comprehend the story even better. Many of my students would not choose either book on their own, but once we start reading it together, can't wait to find out what happens next! George Washington's Socks allow students to see the American Revolution through the eyes of someone the same age they are. The Lion, Witch and Wardrobe once again gives students a different view from the eyes of children. It also allows students to read the book then watch the movie to do a comparison between the two.

About my class
