My students learn about the language of music in my class and how it applies to people who play instruments. The Ukulele would greatly enhance the learning experience by allowing the students to take their musical knowledge and apply it to a real musical instrument. Students are always asking the question: "When will I ever use the material I have to learn in this class?" With these Ukuleles, I can tell the students that the material they are learning will be applied to an instrument. As music teachers, we are always looking for ways to encourage our students to have a love for music. Music is something that has been around since the beginning of time and we hope to continue inspiring students to play, create, and enjoy it for years to come. These instruments would be another tool to accomplish this goal. If music truly makes the world go around, do you want it to keep turning? Thank you for taking time to review my project and I hope you can see the importance of these instruments in my classroom.
