I chose desks for the project for my classroom. The desks that the students have now are original to the school, which was built in the 1950s! Their desks now are not easy to clean, stained, and not inviting for first graders! Students need a fresh, clean space to call their own. They need a place they can be happy to store their personal supplies so needed for learning. These new desks will allow my students to be comfortable to place their supplies in them, and focus on learning! They will be happy to come to a bright place where the furniture is new and inviting!

About my class
