The floor mats, headphones, and seat bands provide different methods to encourage focus and engagement in the classroom. For example, by having headphones, the students are better able to hear the lesson assigned to them for the purpose of intervention and enrichment. The seat bands, assist hyper students to move in a way which is not distracting to their classmates, but is still meeting their personal needs. The floor mats/cushions are a form of alternative seating which allows the students the freedom of choice on where they are most able to focus and learn. I thank you for your help and support in providing new opportunities for my students.
