Preschool is a fast paced environment that constantly adapts to the day and needs of the children. To keep the students active, attentive, and happy, they rotate through centers during the day. One center we are lacking is an audio listening center for our books! Our boom box CD player broke and does not have any headphones to go with it. Our computer CD player does not work either. Listening to stories is one of their favorite parts of the day; this classroom addition will strengthen their literacy skills and provide joy. When children are read to from a young age, they develop strong literacy skills and language skills. This center will help create strong readers and leaders in the future!
