I have been teaching for quite a few years and I feel that my students will benefit from having these tables to be able to sit with other students and be able to communicate with their classmates. I feel cooperative learning will help my students become more independent and confident which is a big thing in my classroom and has proven to be very effective. I like to watch my students learn new things and to listen to them discuss each activity with other students and they teach me as much as I get to teach them each day. Tables for our classroom will allow my students to move from table to table as we do classwork as well as centers and other fun projects. We have individual work that has to be done each day, but we also enjoy learning new things together in groups.
