The focus of this project was to request engaging and innovative books to spark a desire in my kids to want to read. It was very hard to watch students disassociate themselves from books this year. They mainly had access to online books, and many of them didn't like to read on the screen for long periods of time. In the past, my students glued themselves to books, and I would see growth behaviorally and academically. Books have so much to offer. I just want my kids to believe it.
