Students are learning to create 3D projects online combining imagination and the limitless possibilities that websites offer. Students will learn how 3D printing is utilized in the world from manufacturing to medicine as solutions to real world issues. I am requesting a 3D printer and filament to print projects that my students create. A 3D printer would allow students to not only see but physically touch their online creation. Imagine the impact this learning could have on the future. By teaching students how to create online 3D models and actually watching them come to life, this will spark budding innovators. If they begin to learn in elementary school, what problems will they solve as adults?
