My school has students who are hard-working, care about learning, and enjoy giving back to the community. We participate in a variety of fundraisers from hosting a Lupus Walk to selling cookies in support of breast cancer, ovarian cancer. In my classroom, the students are enthusiastic and energetic learners. They strive to succeed in all areas, even though some topics are a struggle for them. Activities that involve different strategies, materials, and types of technology are most effective for my students, who like being actively engaged in their learning. As 21st century learners, technology plays a major role in student learning. The students are grateful for all of the materials and technology devices they get to use on a daily basis.
