Students need our help in managing their emotions and avoiding the consequences of emotionally charged behaviors. This exerwork bike is an excellent sensory manipulation tool that will help students to de-escalate behaviors and de-stress emotions while reframing their thoughts. The body and mind are closely linked, so when the body feels better so, too, will the mind.
