These circus arts materials including juggling scarves will help my students improve their physical abilities. Juggling helps students improve their ambidexterity, hand-eye co-ordination, depth perception, neuromuscular balance, focus, and concentration. In addition to the physical benefits, a circus arts unit including spinning plates, and juggling clubs have emotional benefits. These skills offer a sense of achievement and boost self-esteem. It can be a great confidence builder. Basic skills can be learned very quickly and most people will find that they can do something that they previously thought 'impossible'. Once the 'impossible' has been achieved, they may then have a different outlook on life where suddenly things are much more achievable and within reach.
