I'm looking forward to implementing all these great seating choices in my classroom. I will be using different heights of tables, as well as other options that will put my first graders in a great position to learn the best way that they can. The seating options: cushions, pillows, balls, and mats, will be available for the kids to try out to see what works best for them and their learning. Some will be standing, some sitting, even some laying down. They will learn the expectations associated with each new seating option and will get to test each one to see how it can help them in their learning.
