Happy Atoms would be a great asset in our classroom. Chemical Bonding is very difficult for students to visualize. I have used other activities for the students to visualize how compounds form. When I was introduced to Happy Atoms, I knew the students would love to learn with this hands on modeling. I will use Happy Atoms in addition to other activities I use in class to drive home the concept of how compounds are made. It gives the students a way to learn kinesthetically. It also makes learning fun! I believe the students' test scores will increase with the use of this modeling set.
