Center time is a time of exploration and creativity. It gives the students the opportunity to enhance their learning. My students love to read! They look forward to our DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) time every day. With being a fairly new school, our resources are limited when it comes to materials used in these "small-group" settings. We either don't have enough or we don't have it at all. This makes it more difficult to fully reach every child in the classroom. By donating to this project, you will be helping students expand on their literacy and math skills. You will also be helping them receive more differentiated work that will fit their specific and targeted goals in reading, writing, comprehension, and mathematical fluency.

About my class
