I teach Title 1 reading in small groups of up to six children at a time. The children I work with are struggling a little in learning how to read and need extra lessons in phonics to become successful readers. My students come from a variety of background and poverty levels. However, most of them do not have the funds to supply things such as markers for a reading class. Each student I teach is unique and eager to learn. One thing each of my students have is a love for Curious George the monkey!
