As a teach in an extreme low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with some many dilemmas both in and out of the classroom. Even those they are faced with many dilemmas daily, I am looking to keep them engage and provide my students with creative, fun, and fascinating learning experience. Student success comes from a positive learning environment. Many of them are raised in single parent's home and all the students receive a free lunch based on their socioeconomic status. From the time, they walk in my classroom, I am focus on meeting the needs of all the students that enter on daily basis. I am not able to control their lives after they leave school; however, I can control their experience while they are present at school. By meeting these goals, I am hoping to inspire even our low-level learners to continue on the path of academic excellence.
