Individual white boards are vital to our math instruction. They allow students to share their understanding of the concept and the teacher immediate feedback for differentiation. My students struggle with fractions and graphing. Fractions are a large part of our math standards. The white boards we have now have been used for many years and are so stained they are hard to see They are not marked with graphs or fraction bars so the students have to try to draw these and then solve their problem. The boards that are already marked will add to the students’ understanding and practice.
