We are building a PE/Fitness program from scratch here at our school. Since our students sit working on laptops almost all day, most of them struggle to sit still & stay focused. The kids are very excited about the idea of getting out of their seats & getting the chance to be physically active. I know, & research supports, that being physically active not only benefits health but enhances focus & productivity for students. If students can establish some healthy habits now it can benefit them throughout their lives as well. There is limited space here at our school & we have no equipment as of yet. I am requesting two sets of kettebells because they don't take up a lot of space & they can be used in many different ways. With these kettebells, students will be able to have fun with a lot of different exercise options. Also, most of our students have no way to have access to exercise equipment except for whatever I am able to get here at the school & I'd like to expose them to as many different exercise options as I can.
