My students will be utilizing these flexible seating options throughout the day to bring more movement, flexibility, and comfort to their day. It allows them to make their own choices to see where they learn and work best. Using the Balance Balls, Wobble Cushions, and Floor Cushions to move around and bounce will allow them to be busy and work at the same time. Flexible seating allows them to be more engaged and excited about where they get to sit each day, bringing positive learning opportunities for all. Students will have the option of trying all flexible seating options before choosing which works best for them. Expectations will be set that will allow them to make changes throughout the day if an option is not working. I am excited to see the changes and engagement that this type of seating can bring to my classroom needs.
