On of the areas our students struggle with the most is being able to focus when seated. We have used many tried and true strategies but the one of the most success is the use of a wiggle seat with our students. The wiggle seat provides a calming effect for students struggling to stay in their seats and focus during instruction. With use of a wiggle seat, students are able to sustain sitting in a chair for a longer period of time and increase their focus allowing for them to be successful with their work, and best of all create a calming experience for students.
