CAFÉ 301 is a coffee delivery service owned and operated by the students in the middle school special education classroom at our school. The goal in opening up a café is to help teach valuable life and job skills to our students. This unique opportunity will also help to instill a sense of pride, ownership, and responsibility in our students. Students will be responsible for handling money, taking orders, assembling the drinks, and delivering the finished products. These responsibilities will help to prepare them for their futures and to become independent adults. Students will use the coffee, creamers, teas, and sweeteners as products that they will prepare in the cafe. They will need filters and spoons in order to make the drinks. The coffee grinder would give the experience to the students of grinding fresh coffee beans. The mini-fridge would be used to store the coffee creamers and almond milk to keep them fresh. We would like to thank you in advance for your support!
