This year, I have a lot of students that are considered level A-I. In second grade, we mostly have books leveled above G, therefore I find students struggling to get their hands on books leveled below that. It has gotten to the point where I am purchasing books for the library, however they are going through them so fast, so the problem continues. Not only will getting the I Can Read collection help everyone have a book catered to their level, but it will also help with enhancing their fluency and comprehension. This collection will be a great asset to our library.
