My fourth grade students love to listen to music while they work. I often hear them sing or hum as I walk by. This singing machine would allow music to play, students to sing, and would allow students to talk into the microphone. This would be the perfect project for my classroom! My students could practice reading while they sing the lyrics off of the singing machine screen. They could practice reading into the microphone, or we could listen to music while we work. I know my fourth graders will be so excited if this project gets funded. This will be great motivation to keep them working!
