In today's fast- paced society student's have a hard time sitting and concentrating for extended periods of time. Research shows that being able to move keeps student's brains engaged. The Bouncy Bands will be added to the students desk which will promote movement throughout the day while students are in their seats working. The bands will also allow for exercise during the cold winter months when students spend much of their time indoors. Bouncy bands will allow for movement while working on projects in their seats! This will make a difference in my students lives by promoting gross motor movement throughout the day while working on projects.
