Over the years, you devise techniques and materials to suit the needs of your students. Some students can work around noise while others are easily distracted by the faintest of whispers. These headphones are a must-have in my class. I encourage my students to sit, stand and even recline if it makes them comfortable enough to complete their tasks. This is why the wiggle wedge will be beneficial. Some students just need something else to keep them anchored enough to focus. Speaking of focus, I love engineering activities! We have a marble and chutes activity that the students just love. I specifically chose this one to challenge my students. It sets the stage for developing their scientific method skills. The filing system will help organize small & remediation group materials. With limited funding and space for additional class furniture this shelving unit will be a good fit.
