I am requesting materials that will help foster independence and responsibility in my students. My students will have an area in which to store and access materials when needed. My students will be more organized, more engaged and more motivated to learn. Book bins will provide my students with their own space in the room in which to keep belongings. Dividers will help the students organize their Reading Life binders. Students will use Post-its to monitor their reading and apply strategies taught to them in class. I am hoping to instill a love a reading to all my fifth graders!
