The items that have been added to this project will truly allow students with disabilities a chance to be themselves in an area that is completely dedicated to them. These students need to go to a particular place in our school that will allow them a chance to release their sensory and relax their bodies and minds with no distractions happening. Calming images and music help students relax their bodies and forget all the chaos that happens during a school day. The Projector Effects Wheel allows the teacher to place disks that project images onto the wall or ceiling. The students can then lay back and calm their minds and bodies by connecting with these images. The Bubble Tube is a sensory item that allows the students to gaze into the panels and watch the water create bubbles. These bubbles create a calming effect, which allows the students to release their sensory. The Water panel is a much smaller version of the Bubble Tube that can be transported to different areas in the Sensory space. Sensory classrooms are very expensive, which is why we are reaching out to you. You have the chance to help these individuals and make a difference in their education. Any little bit helps and we encourage you to donate towards our project because you are helping students with special needs be more themselves at school. They deserve the same happiness at school just like any other child. Please help us make a difference in their lives!
