The students that I have the pleasure of working with are hungry for knowledge even if they don't always ask for it. I serve in a school in an under-privileged community. The fact of the matter is that the more we can get these students engaged in their own learning, the more they will show faces of amazement as they realize that they can really enjoy the work necessary to improve their knowledge base. I am responsible for teaching the whole school how technology can be used to maximize their learning. I think it is time to reconnect them with the wealth of knowledge and adventure in classic books through the use of eBooks in a Nook.

About my class
