Since we are in a rural area, professional emergency care is not always readily available. EMS can be 15-20 minutes away. We do not have an AED on the junior/ high school campus, taking valuable steps to retrieve the AED from the other campus. We need an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to keep located in the main high school building for quicker access and readiness for emergency. In case of sudden cardiac arrest, it would save valuable minutes to help in the survival of a life. Your donation for an AED would be greatly appreciated!! Emergency preparedness is key. Your willingness to help our students may in turn, help save someone.
