Having access to the tablets will greatly improve my students' interest and test scores in mathematics because they will have access to different online resources. Presently, we are using Pearson Realize, which also has a visual learning component. Other resources that would benefit them greatly are Khanacademy.org and Mathmadeeasy.com, among others. Having this form of technology will also help in research for the content area. Many of my students do not have access to the internet at home. Thus, given the access at school will enable them to increase their knowledge of technology and how it can be used in everyday life to solve problems.
