I would love to build our classroom library. I specifically chose books centered on cultural differences as well as growth mindsets. I believe learning to have a growth mindset and learning about cultural differences is so important in today's society. I believe these books will help my students grow not only as readers, but also as individuals. Some of the books I chose such as What Do You Do With A Problem? focuses on overcoming challenges. Many of my students are also more interested in nonfiction books, therefore I chose some biographies and nonfiction animal books they would be interested in. I believe these new books will make my students excited to continue reading!
