A classroom document camera will make instruction more engaging and interactive. This will allow teachers to aid students that are learning from home by modeling their thinking through annotations. Teachers will also be able to create QR codes for inquiry-based activities for both virtual and face-to-face learners. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, teachers are required to rotate classes for instruction, therefore, the two document cameras will benefit one full grade level of our student population. The scanning feature of this document camera will allow teachers to efficiently grade, provide immediate feedback and resources to virtual students. This document camera will even make reading from folded books easier by flattening the text. All in all, these document cameras will enhance the learning of the students at C. M. Eppes Middle School.
