The Hunger Games class set is supporting a STEM project that our 6th grade team has developed. The book is used as a tool to encourage literacy as well as spring boarding into science and math. By the end of the unit ,students will have created a survival guide and tools all developed around surviving the Hunger Games These kids deserve to have access to quality materials that will inspire them to learn. My students are excited for our next unit, but know I don't have a classroom set for them. Yet! They will be excited if our class receives this set!
