My classroom team serves students in grades 6-8 with physical and intellectual disabilities. We focus on providing access to grade-level standards in meaningful ways. Our students are extremely capable scholars who love to learn about disability justice, how things work, social issues, real-world math, and more! Some of their favorite work has been reading and discussing books that mirror their lives such as "We Want to Go to School!: The Fight for Disability Rights" and "From the Desk of Zoe Washington." I hope you consider supporting our team!
