Giving students more options helps in so many ways. Having options helps avoid conflicts, gives students opportunities to make decisions on their own, and play cooperatively with others. Having this new piece of equipment will enhance the lives of my students. Beings we don't have any play equipment, this addition will make a huge difference to their gross motor skills. While running and walking are great ways to exercise, climbing and crawling will enhance their skills. While we do have balls and wooden benches that they use as balance beams, I think this addition will not only bring some color to our outside time, but it will bring skills and happiness as well.

About my class
