Technology plays a huge roll in a fourth grade classroom! Working in an urban school district limits my students to reach great success. Most of my students lack reading materials at home as well as internet access. Having these Chromebooks in my classroom would allow my students to complete all their work during the school day, go on websites in which they can further their readings and type up all of their writing pieces. I am starting small and only asking for 8 Chromebooks, however I do have 25 students in my classroom that I hope to one day have a student to Chromebook ratio in which all students can be on their own personal computer at once.
