My students will use the oil pastels to create art projects that align with our standards and integrate with other subject areas. We enjoy creating art that is Science or Social Studies themed, as well as art that relates to our Literacy lesson. With care, these pastels should last two to three years. My students will use the cushions for a flexible seating option. Starting with three cushions, we will rotate usage or use them as a reward. These are sturdy items and should serve many students in the years to come. Students will use the book boxes to organize their reading material and personal work supplies. Our cardboard book boxes are recycled from last year and even with contact paper, have seen better days! These heavy duty plastic containers will be used year after year.
