My students are the talented and gifted students of my district. I teach third and fourth grade students. They attend my school one day a week for enrichment courses. They take my two hour course for a semester. They are intelligent, creative, inquisitive, energetic, and enthusiastic. They love to be challenged and are often artistic and enjoy being engaged in new projects. The students come from all parts of the city so they have different socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, experiences and prior knowledge. My instruction has to be differentiated to account for each person's different background.
