These guided reading books will help me create a classroom library that allows my students to have meaningful experiences with authentic texts. These materials will be used every day by my first graders who will get to choose meaningful books they want to read. My students are ferocious readers and these books will give them a chance to work on their reading skills by allowing them to read books that are at a just right level. By providing them with high quality books like these, I know my students will be excited to read independently or with a buddy as they learn to read and think deeply about their reading!
