Allen Middle participated a county wide Kindness Challenge and was one of the first schools to win the challenge. We completed Kindness lessons every week for about 6 weeks. The lessons help to make students more aware of being kind to peers and adults in the building. To continue fostering our climate of Kindness, we created a monthly Kindness calendar with an activity for each day of the month. Students who are caught doing the act of kindness will receive a kindness band. Teachers will display a kindness poster in class and a kindness plaque will be displayed in the office.
