The students started plants from seeds and would like to see them grow and produce a harvest come fall. To do this, we need to cultivate the earth with our shovels and picks and fence off a garden area. To be successful, we will need to take all our garden supplies and water in our heavy duty wagon and walk to our plot of land. If this project can help even one student have a purpose for the summer, it is successful. Our cilantro will definitely be usable for our homemade salsa for our last school dance. The kids are very excited to watch everything grow!
