A class set of brand new headphones will allow my students to be able to focus on their own work on their own computer. They will be able to concentrate because they will be able to hear the instruction that is being delivered to them on their level. My students don't do well with distractions, so often their focus wanders because the other students are having to listen to their computer without headphones on a low volume level. I would love for them to just be able to come into the computer lab, take their set of headphones, and go to their computer to work. I would love to grow these students as readers by allowing them the opportunity to use equipment that works and allows them to continue the successes that they have had so far!
